Bessant is the most awkward and unconvincing Cabinet Secretary I have ever seen. The stumbling, halting word salads he presents, all the while shaking his head no, tells me he knows it's all bullshit, but is in for the ride.
The children were not deported. They were relocated with their mothers. Not really relocated. More like removed. Not removed, exactly. They were transferred. Transferred with their mothers who were deported. The children were transferred. More like emigrated. The children weren't deported. They were emigrated. They can come back, because they are US citizens. But their mothers were deported with them while the children were emigrated. They weren't really emigrated. Maybe rehomed is a better word. Yes, that's it. The children were not deported. They were rehomed. They were more like transferred. Transferred with their mothers, who were deported. But not the children. The children were transferred. Transferred is maybe not the right word. The children were transmitted to another country. Yes. Transmitted. Not really transmitted, so much as reassigned. The children were reassigned to another country, along with their mothers, who were deported.
I'm no economics genius like Ron Vara, but I do think we trade agricultural products with the world so, and again, I'm no Ron Vara, but having the Sec. of Agriculture in the trade dealing room seems like a good idea.
When I can think of follow up questions for Rubio, how come someone whose job is to be better informed than me cannot?
They may have entered illegally, but that does not mean they always remain here without proper status. The mother took her three small children to an ICE check in, which was a condition for her to remain here. I’m assuming there’s a process to inform people their right to stay has been revoked.
ICE did not give her a chance to make arrangements with the father or sister-in-law who wanted to assume custody. The court called the DOJ about the deportation status. DOJ lawyers came on the phone late in the afternoon and stated it’d take them 24-48 hours to respond to the court.
At 6:00 am, before government offices opened, the mother and kids were on a flight to Honduras.
"In game theory, it's called strategic uncertainty, so you're not going to tell the person on the other side of the negotiation where you're going to end up," Bessent told ABC's "This Week" news program.
Or, in the case with the proven rapist Trump, you even tell the other side you are negotiating?
Let's face it. We know how this will work out. Just like when Trump threw out NAFTA and in exchange got basically the exact same agreement except even a little better for Mexico and Canada, we will have deals and agreements here that don't really help Americans, but Trump will declare victory and 30% of the country will say there has never been something as brilliant as these deals.
Then in two years Trump will throw everything out and, just like with NAFTA 2, he will declare whoever agreed to these new deals was an idiot.
"Trump keeps flip flopping and so even I don't know what we're negotiating because he's trying to decide what type of chandelier to put in the oval office."
Subdeals! Narnia and trump agreed on the shape of the negotiating table! Progress! See?

Ta, MM. No, I did not watch those videos. Not In Our Name.
I assume "sub-deals" refers to what variety of sandwiches will be served for lunch.
“Strategic Uncertainty”?
I think he means Strategery”
And you guyzes thought Mike Johnson had a creepy smile??
US citizen children deserve their mother. This is family separation, Stephen Miller's main thing.
i am so very happy my favorite cheap ass wine is from 'merica.
Everybody negotiates by not telling the other side what they want, right? Keep ‘em guessing.
Welker is a terrible interviewer.

She's probably paid not to. By the parent company.
Of course not, silly. Sub deals are the sales agreement for weapons systems.
Steam powered, of course.
Can you see the trade deals?
Are the trade deals in the room right now?
