I think people were more up in the air about how credible they were until Mensch made up some truly bizarre stories about how tyrolean guards from the Supreme Court were going to drag Trump out of an airport to secret impeachment prison or some equally ridiculous thing, but lately she's gotten really bad.
She's doxxing people, & pretty much everyone who's not her (including Joy Ann Reid, BLM and the woman's march) are "deza" (which apparently means "no, it is YOU who are the russian spy, kamrad Boris, and my friend Rupert says so too").
In general I think it's pretty safe to say that it's a good idea to look for a Mensch connection on stories before moving on them.
