That sounds about right. The whole episode would focus on one person doing all sorts of batshit stuff, but then he would fire the team leader for not properly managing his team. The same thing would happen the next week and he would fire the fuck up. The same thing would happen the NEXT week and he'd fire someone who hadn't really even been in the episode.
Then, when it was time to do the firing, it would be all set up that person A would get fired, but out of the blue he'd fire person B.
Get rid of those pesky seat belt rules and the consumer realizes a $400 savings on car prices. Or about the cost of a quadriplegic wheelchair monthly rental.
It's the one (accidental) truth he's had in all of this: he's never taken responsibility for anything, not any of it, for any value of "it" that you can suggest.
Obviously though he and everyone that ever enabled or empowered him should still be held accountable for doing so. With sharp edged, cold steel votes.
