Many, many judges are, such as the three on the appeals court who said that no, djt DOESN'T have immunity (only to be overruled by some truly corrupt thugs on the SC). Chutkan is fair -- she's not delaying despite of his lawyer's whining, "But the election!" Merchan is fair -- there's a good chance, per Jonathan Alter, that by delaying sentencing until after the election Merchan will be free to give djt the *imprisonment* he richly deserves (vs probation, or home detention).
So please stop making untrue pronouncement, which only harm the US, and please do something *productive / constructive* to help improve the parts that aren't working. Thanks.
