Trump is a terrorist. Thanks, Liz, for calling him by his name. It's time for all of us to do that.

Turns out there is truth in spoonerism: the opposite of "Trump hater" is "hump traitor."

I know this is *completely* beside the point but can someone please explain why he continues to spell "stolen" wrong??!

He is dumb and now autocorrect thinks he wants to spell it that way. Same reason my phone keeps thinking I want to spell “bus”as “bud”.

I mean, I’m smarter than TFG but you misspell it once and autocorrect makes faulty assumptions.

This is why I’m not overly concerned about AI taking over my job just yet.

1. Which judge is going to grow a pair and throw the motherfucker in jail for contempt? Because if you said this stuff or I said this stuff, that's where we'd be right now. Justice is not blind.

2. Speaking of “serial and open Trump Hater[s],” 56% of the respondents in that NYT swing state poll that everyone's freaking out about because Trump supposedly leads Biden by 9 points don't fucking like Trump. Serial. And open. Most people hate you, dude, even some of the ones who will vote for you. Fuck off.

Ta, Liz. Man? Suggests manhood not in evidence. Trump's a monster.

Justice Chutkan should not have stayed that gag order. It should be permanent. At the very least, the Quisling should get a hobnailed boot in the mouth and a $100000 fine every time that aperture is opened.

She can issue a hundred gag orders and it won’t mean a thing unless it’s enforced. Trump will continue to violate it unless and until he spends a weekend in jail. Fines mean nothing because his idiot donors are paying them.

Wrong Trump.

I don't wish that for #45! Maybe three months or so of a painful disease? Something with chronic effects? Poetry demands HIV for Cadet Bone Spurs.

Biden should challenge Trump to a boxing match. Trump only has a couple of inches on Biden, who is about 6', and a slug is faster than Trump. One light jab to the gut or jaw and Trump would be in the corner whimpering and saying Biden cheated. If Trump even accepted a challenge. Without his paid for protection Trump is a coward at heart, like most bullies.

How weak and contemptable would I feel if the company I keep needs to be cut to those that know less than I do. I'm pretty sure that Donnie fears the big strong men that protect him.

he’s being allowed, w/ an eye to fairness, to mock the entire justice system … won’t be long ‘til his followers pick up on this & begin to act out in official proceedings (ie… courts & such) … starting to look like a 3 tiered justice system: trump, then the powerful, & finally us … look it’s country simple : the obverse of law is no law, it’s beyond time to pull the virtual middle ground from donald before it becomes real estate for his troops … no good can come from this …

That's exactly what has happened in school boards. The MAGA assholes are so loud and threatening that many school administrators just surrender to their demands rather than have 300 of them from hundreds of miles away packing school board meetings and threatening teachers and principals. Despite claiming the DOJ would tamp down threats very little is being done to hold anyone accountable even when school officials and teachers have to install alarms in their homes, change phone numbers, social media accounts, and email accounts because of threats and harassment of them and their families, and sometimes hire security staff.

There’s already a three-tiered justice system and Trump is exploiting the hell out of it. This naked display of how the rich and connected are treated differently is what will finally break America, I think.

'This isn’t the first time Trump went after Smith’s wife, a filmmaker who produced a documentary about Michelle Obama and donates to Democrats. In January, he referred to her on Truth Social as “a serial and open Trump Hater.” '

In contrast to Jack Smith's wife*, I cannot call myself a "serial" Trump hater, because my hatred of Trump has been UNINTERRUPTED ever since the Nineties. Apparently, Jack Smith's wife manages to take some pauses in between bouts of Trump-hating, which I am sure is very healthy. Indeed, I wonder how she does it. Hate really is a toxic emotion, and I need to learn to pace myself.

____________

*The name of Jack Smith's wife has been repeated on CNN, so I think it's pretty well known and pretty useless for us to refrain from using it now in the hope that we can make it LESS well known. But I still feel the need to perform the gesture. This kind person, who cannot even hate except intermittently, does not deserve to be put in danger.

Somebody with the power to impose penalties needs to get creative, right now, about penalizing Trump for incitement of violence. Surely there is some penalty that he would find very unpleasant. We must discover what penalty this is and then IMPOSE it. As often as necessary. I would be fine with FINES, but I would prefer ESCALATING fines. Or maybe a little humiliation would be in order? How about making him wear an orange jumpsuit and TINY LITTLE PINK BARBIE HANDCUFFS?

I wonder if 6 or 7 digit fines, since money is really the only thing thta speaks to him, might inspire him to shut up? It would still come from PACs probably so it's unlikely.

Double the fine for every offense. Yes, he would blow off the 20k and 40k fines; he can shake that out of the grift couch. Next week sees the million-dollar fines go geometric.
