I disagree. The Supreme Court is the main reason Trump isn’t in prison. They sat in Trump’s immunity bullshit forever, then invented presidential immunity, forcing Jack Smith to have to completely go through the January 6th case and remove everything that might be considered official duties. Without that, Trump would have been convicted and in prison, or out on appeal, but with a conviction for trying to overthrow the election results and fomenting an insurrection. That’s who is mainly responsible.
Don’t forget Judge LooseCannon fucking up the classified documents case, which should have been a slam dunk, and which only covered criminal actions after he was out of office.
