Yes, but also no. Usually, when a bill passes by a wide enough majority that the people who voted for it could override a veto, the president wouldn't bother to veto. But this is Trump, who is committed to being repeatedly humiliated in public, so Congress has to come back and actually override the veto that he did just to be a petty dick.
Donnie's ego won't allow him to accept any realitly other than the one where GOP congresscretins bow down before his superior intellect and sheer genius. (A timeline that quantum theory allows - although there aren't enough zeros in the universe to express the probability.)
"Here on Planet Earth, Mitch McConnell was never in any danger,..."
Well, that sure pisses me off. All the money I donated went to a lost cause? I was constantly told Mitch was 'in play' and we could get rid of him, but the truth is that, yes, he was NEVER in any danger of losing. The dishonesty of the campaigns that said he could be had is stunning and I will strongly review any urge I have to donate in the future. I don't like being lied to, even by Dems.
Hopefully and presumably, then, he may find himself in an establishment where he won't be spending money on food, because he'll be getiing his three squares a day at the Hotel Graybar.
Sadly, I have a feeling that Mitch legitimately the election as well. Its doubtful that it would be the case that some sort of massive voter fraud like that would not be discovered, which is one of the reasons why the Trump's claims that Biden cheated and the election was rigged is such an extraordinary claim. That doesn't mean that some Republicans wouldn't engage in that type of behavior if they thought they could get away with it. However, I don't see any evidence that they did, at least not on a scale that could effect the outcome of the election for Mitch McConnel.
Amy Mcgrath is a centrist Democrat who sucked up $90 million to lose by 20 points to McConnell.Charles Booker would have been a more serious challenger for McConnell. But the Democratic leadership was more interested in someone who could raise millions versus someone who could win, so they tilted the primary for Mcgrath.
Carol Bouquet us the best Bond girl ever
Best Bond? I really like Dalton

Yogurt might work. But that is, without a doubt, mayo.
And KY citizens took it up the ass.

The only time I mention Melanie is when she does the right thing and slaps Donnie's tiny hand away.

Earlier in the year, McConnell had a 37% approval rating in KY in one poll, 18% in another. What is that if not "could be beaten" territory?
He didn't even say "rabid dog".
I predict that at 12:01 EST Jan 20th, Vlad will be calling in Russia's loans to Trump. Run, Donnie, Run if you can.
"too bonkers". So the dumbing down for conservative voters hasn't hit bottom yet? Nice!

Yet he won by what, 20 points? Those were some really bad polls.
