I am too tired to read the whole thing, but Applied Behavioral Analysis got my hackles up; the way in which it is practiced can be punitive and damaging, and most ABA providers are not Masters level providers, some have an AA and training in the "therapy" to modify the child's behavior can be rigid and punishment based. In the program I manage, we have a woman who is 50 years old and has Autism and other issues; she is also a very smart woman who has a great sense of humor. She is glad she did not get this "therapy" but also angry that the neurologist she sees does not consider it a neurological issue, "just" a psychiatric problem; as if the brain is completely detached from the body and neurotransmitters and hormones were not at all connected.
I have a friend who is convinced that the President* of the United States cannot, on his own and at his sole say so, order up the launching of nuclear missiles. I am unable to disavow him of this notion. It is this that we are, all of us, up against.

That Betsy whatever has no redeeming qualities does not need to be said. She is there to divert the money from the DOE over to her crappy for-profit schools and associated businesses. Problem is, she is so damn stupid, its pretty transparent what she is doing and that she is a kind of lizardy meat puppet for someone else. This should be her undoing: somewhere in her heavily cloaked and layered investments is a mistake (i.e. crime). Find that mistake, and perhaps an indictment would force a resignation. And that's what we should all be quietly doing: looking through every pocket, paper, dumpster, old harddrive, storage locker and public record until that mistake is found. In the dictionary, next to the word nemesis should be a picture of your face (see also "wrath" - a righteous and unholy anger).
Lastly, keep the faith. Be the helper, be the light in the darkness. Help people remember that we are all more alike than we are different as the forces of evil seek to divide us all and pit us against each other so they can run off with all the money. Teach your children to spot the cons and the traps and how to avoid them as they shan't be learning much in school for the foreseeable future.
