ICE contributes NOTHING but CHAOS at the Airports. Trump's destruction of the United States is unprecedented. Harassing travelers is criminal. You are not helping. YOU ARE NOT HELPING. Your cowardice will reverberate throughout the next 100 years as you and ICE terrorize the nation. I just saw the film of the woman they captured at the San Francisco Airport - not a criminal - a mom and more than likely a legal resident. So get this straight, Senator - you are complicit in all the destruction of everything Trump is doing. As Lynn Cheney said: : Trump will be gone and your dishonor will remain," And remain forever. Got it? You and your Party are engaging in this destruction.
Ta, Marcie. Darling husband Meccalopolis and I both decided we cannot fly anywhere until this maladministration is over. I remember many years ago when I had no photo ID and had to fly. I showed up at the airport with all my non-photo ID, six hours early. I caught that flight. If anyone tried that now, they'd probably be warehoused in a detention center and flown to Venezuela for torture prison.
We all knew this was going to happen regardless of what else passed or didn't pass, right?
The point is not to do shit all with the airports or anything else.
The point is to normalize Gestapo in public places, with a little side dish of punishing America for not giving Lord Goldfish his way instantly.
If this doesn't get him his way instantly in all things, including the Strait of Hormuz, he'll just start bulldozing the airports like he did with the Shite House.
If you've got the time to travel by car instead of plane, be prepared for hotels with filthy rooms because they can't afford the staff to do a really good job at cleaning them and surly hotel clerks because they don't have the staff to let them work normal hours.
I'm sure that as the TSA agents continue to toil away without pay, they look at the ICE guys who are getting paid handsomely to stand and wander around doing nothing, and they think, I'm so glad they're here.
