Unfortunately it is not a lie. The science is not on the side of extreme mandatory lockdowns, but rather justifies voluntary cyclical distancing. Such measures would prevent large epidemic backdrafts. Meanwhile, fauci has not once even noted that public health systems aren't even monitoring infection rates!
