If a settlement doesn't include Hannity and a few others committing seppuku on live TV, then forget it.

'People are saying' that it's because it's too hard for him to constantly spell sanctimonious, and that his rubes don't know what that word even means.

I love you and your patience but you have to realize by now that you're never, ever going to have any influence whatsoever.

This is interesting. But confused and know nothing about defamation litigation. I thought one of the prongs of defamation was making statements that the defendant knew were untrue. And I thought intentionality had to be in there. So, does this mean that the insurance pays for the defense but if the court rules for the plaintiffs then the insurance company pays the award but can get back the money they paid fox's lawyers? Or do they not pay the award as well?

Keeping the private equity firm that owns them happy with a big cash settlement.

My hope that the fox building in NYC was built over consecrated ground and Dominion's victory will cause the ground to open and suck all of them down to the tfg suites in hell.

Most cases settle. Good lawyers keep their clients out of court.

I think in a settlement, Dominion could negotiate for anything not illegal, unethical, or fattening.

Edit: Boo boo

Mr. Pillows has moved to intervene? I bet the judge is on his last nerve right now.

Historically correct. Lawyers can make things complicated, and find exceptions to things. https://scholarship.law.wm....

If Carlson ends up taking the stand, I'll look forward to seeing how he covers the experience on his show. Not even he could ignore it. (I think.)

She not only lied, she taught a generation of girls how to laugh off casual sexism every time she was on the air. Then she switched teams and expected to be treated like a hero.
