Umm . . . bad news about that . . . Walmart batteries are kinda crap. I got one and a year later it died. Guy at shop said "Well, I don't want to knock them, but . . . we do see these things showing up. Oh, and someone pulled the cable too tight so it got cut on the housing."

Yeah, my 403b has taken a killing. But so far, at least it's something. And I am still working, though there have been some changes and I am sweating another layoff

BF just got "laid off" at 56, but those dumb asses didn't realize that with 22 years service, he qualified for early retirement! So then they called him two days before his end date and tried to get him to stay.I lost 18% in 2018 on investments that earned me 10-15% under Obama. So this whole Trump thing is a money grab by the GOP.

Chase, then Citi, then B of A, then .... eventually only Deutsche Bank (even after he burned them; why they kept lending is a question being asked in the Southern District of NY. Then came the Russians, who had something other than profit in mind.

I'm not sure even they would. At some point - whether from moronic trade wars or climate change - there'll be no profit left to take and endless square miles will be abandoned and left to blow away like it was 1930 again.

Trump also does chemtrail readings on the side, for a nominal fee. His followers love it.

I got laid off a year ago, just after moving 300+ miles for the job!! Took some time but got another job doing the exact same thing but for an agency. The work for the client dried up and I don't know what will happen. I just turned 65, but had planned to work at least another year till full Social Security, though I would really like to work longer, especially since I work from home. But my retirement savings has taken a huge hit, not to mention my hourly pay. It hurts, but I know there are people a lot worse off. I just know I couldn't live here on Social Security if I got laid off again. Fucking scary
