McGhan refused to fire Mueller, threatened to quit and then called his own lawyer. These were the acts of an intelligent man.

Not possible. If anything, Pence is dirtier than sh!tgibbon. His brother has engine contracts with the Russian military, sanctions would end that. Mikey was placed on the ticket at the behest of Putin with Manafort as the intermediary. I’ll wager Mueller investigated all that, though foreign I.C. may be slow to corroborate—these are dangerous times to be handing intelligence to faux allies.

Very insightful and much more cogent than a Trump rally speech.

As a former symphony violinist, I approve of this article’s opening!

How does Trump have any leverage over McGahn? What's to prevent McGahn (who apparently has some affinity for the rule of law) from just truckin' over to Congress and testifying?

He's probably dreamin' of spendin' the rest of his work days as a lawyer, rather than as a former lawyer, maybe, possibly.

Pick 'em off one by one! Leave Trump all alone on the walls of his personal Alamo. Then play the Te Guelo, the chilling "Cutthroat Song". And go in! (Metaphorically. With Votes.)

He’s attempting the same bullshit tactics he used against every contractor he ever stiffed. They worked against Mom&Pop’s HVAC, inc. Maybe not so well against Congress, or the State of NY, or corporations with way, way more money than he has.

Unfortunately both the FBI and the Federal Marshal Service work for donnie... But the Marshals are a pretty independent bunch, with “apprehension of fugitives” as a core mission. I just fear what happens if some Marshall with integrity tries to serve an arrest warrant against drumf and the Secret Service stands with him. It’s hard to believe that sort of thing would end well, for the people involved or for our country.

So many people are going to go to prison for this administration. They have to. We must fearlessly prosecute the crimes and overreaches of Trump and his enablers. It is the only way for our democracy to recover. The republicans will whine and cry 'partisan revenge' the entire time but it MUST happen.

You are a smart man who thinks his intelligence is enough without doing the necessary research. I was reading some of your comments. I've read enough. You must be insufferable to be around for very long. Cheers.
