Did you really want another picture of that goober's moonface? He's the doofus Alabaman Trump wants to make a federal judge even though he's never tried a case or filed a motion. The one who forgot to mention that he's married to a lady who works in the White House Counsel's office and
I like the tone of this. He doesn't seem like a complete racist tool like the guy who wants to hire him. The only problem is,
When I hear someone is a paranormal investigator, I find them intriguing and would like to hear about their life. When they are revealed to be a gun nut who wants guns in school, that's kind of an 'oh, brother' moment.
I'm actually liking this guy more and more. No, he's not remotely qualified, but fuck those lawyers who "do not risk their careers breaking into abandoned buildings looking for ghosts! They keep their noses clean, spend years practicing law, and don’t make incendiary comments in sports chatrooms." The Bench is littered with people who kept their noses clean, took that Prosecutor/Public Defender job just long enough to get their Criminal Law ticket punched, asked too many fucking questions at CLEs, and are really just law school gunners all growed up.
99% of what a Federal District Court Judge does is statute-driven drudgery. The other 1% ends up on appeal. The only real objection I have is that nominating him demonstrates exactly how little respect Trump has for our legal system.
I happen to share his interest in ghosts (i.e., I'm crackers, probably), but I don't think I'd want to go on a midnight to dawn investigation with someone who babbles on about how wonderful guns are and how the government's stealing all our God-given liberty.
"Pass the coffee, Brett. No, not your coffee. The thermos. And shut the fuck up."
I think they're intrigued by the concept of an "insane ghost" who could do...anything!
The tours, however, do accomplish two things: they bring in revenue that might be used to restore historic buildings that otherwise would be torn down; and they highlight how brutal conditions were for people with mental illnesses.
one of the libraries i worked in had a secret underground tunnel. i...being a supervisor had all the keys...so one night when the chiller was acting up...i and a co-worker went to investigate...he was talking a whole lotta horse shit about ghosts and civil war soldiers...so i said to him, you go down that end, and i'll check over here.
what he didn't know was ive been down there before, knew there was another way to the other end, and also knew he had no clue where the light switch was at the far end. so i being who i am...hid in the dark and as he passed by...i whispered in my best southern accent, " the south will rise again." that guy ran as fast as he could until he heard me laughing.
ghosts are all just figments of our wild imagination.

Have you seen the price of a bottle of Tide lately? Holy Price Gouge Batman.
Hang around the Trump White House long enough and the spooks will come to you.
I get mine at Costco, so I have to bring it home in a twenty ton dump truck

Is it exploitation? Of course it is.

Hah awesome site. "I am Ling. You can trust me"
Not that the junior lawyer has anything to do with it, but I like the cover art on that fiddlin' devil book.
I am a member of TAPS, West Coast. Nothing wrong with paranormal investigations - just with being a wingnut dickbag with no qualifications.
Ready for the Federal bench, are you?
Was he trying to make it touch his dick?
Is it just me or does dude look just like Torgos? https://uploads.disquscdn.c...
