Well, maybe not the worst. No face tattoos, but his demeanor is about the worst you could order up for a case like this.

Your example is blessedly clear as to what may have happened. I have encountered many that made me say, 'Thank god i am not on that jury.'

That's the way the adversarial system works. It is not well-suited to determine many kinds of questions.(It happens that I am studying McCarthyism and just finished reading Herbert Packer's 'Ex-Communist Witnesses,' which is a searching inquiry into how hard it is to determine political 'facts.' If anything, sexual facts are even less adequately dealt with in our system.)

Ah, ok. I hadn’t seen this news, but I guess there are a surprising number of assholes willing to leave BigLaw partnerships in order to represent TFG, who has to be absolutely the worst client ever.

I suppose an argument could be made that having endured a lifetime of jokes about his name may have contributed to him becoming the terrible adult he seems to be now. An explanation perhaps; an excuse - never.
