In what universe does the US Supreme Court initiate on its own a ruling about a federal indictment prior to it going to trial? The arrogance of Trump and his people, thinking they're that important.

"Let’s subpoena State Farm Arena" Sure! I be the Zamboni has a lot to say.

Trump the Defendant makes the simple, brutal fact that he is now being indicted for his many alleged crimes in quick succession sound like a vast conspiracy. The "conspiracy" against him is nothing more or less than reality and justice. There are consequences for some of our actions. That's new to him.

We have these things called "days." Stuff happens on days. Said stuff may or may not be related to other stuff.

Given that legal stuff is happening frequently involving trump, the days that happens are likely to be adjacent to other days that stuff happens.

As for "an FBI document is released showing that the Ukrainians paid the Biden crime family millions and millions of dollars," let's see a source for that, okay?

It was an initial document that any informant can fill out claiming to have a complaint. You know - like someone comes in off the street and files a complaint that Martians are searching through their garbage.

Thanks very much for the info. I knew it would be something silly, but it's usually interesting to find out what.

And it's not Martians--they're quite polite and clean. It's the Venusians you have to watch out for. They're worse than raccoons and not nearly as cute.

Don't body shame Venusians! Even blobfish don't look that gross when they're deep in the ocean, under the appropriate atmospheric pressure!

So, I can understand why the lawyers on exhibit are doing what they are doing, but what explains Parlatore? Is he getting paid By whom?

Habba can read a calendar. Woop-tee-do. And AFAIK Hunter, though a major fuck-up, is a private citizen.

Who is thrilled that we’ll be hearing about all of this for the rest of our lives? I sure am!

Weak lawsuits. I like that. Like this is nothing more than some bohunk contractor pissed off because he didn't get paid.

WTF is a "bohunk contractor"? One from Western Czechia? My people come from right next door in Moravia, so be careful with that shit.

Expand full comment

Bohunk I've mostly seen in western Pa./eastern Ohio. Generally applied to blue-collar workers.

once again, as usual, accusation= confession. The Troll had his lawyers file over 60 meritless lawsuits in his attempt to get rumors and hallucinations of vote fraud legitimized, each of which was promptly swatted down because there was never any serious evidence produced.

Disgraced, twice-impeached Donnie Two-Scoops IS the apotheosis, the ne plus ultra of the vexatious litigant; at this point, no court in the world should accept ANYTHING produced by the Klown Kollege "legal" team employed by this public nuisance, and it is past time to start disbarring his henchmen rather than entertaining their time-wasting masturbatory fantasies. None of these chuds are serious people and they should not be allowed to go on clogging the court dockets. They are just coyotes howling at the moon, demanding that it come down from the sky that they might devour it.

OT OT OT...At the risk of repeating myself, can I get rid of the "ghosting" pre-comments in this m-fer??? Please, please, please??? (Yeah, I'm quite sure that is not gonna happen. Nonetheless, it is almost a deal breaker. And it's not even like this has always been the case. Oh well.)

And just for lagniappe, this slimy muck creature's supporters and apologists are STILL calling him the Chosen One of God and comparing him to Cyrus the Great of Persia, the Almighty's instrument in allowing the exiled Jews who had kept their identity to return and rebuild the Holy City.

They never mention that if King Cyrus really was God's instrument, God gave him a truly shitty reward after he'd conquered Babylon and released the captive Jews. Cyrus invaded the Central Asian lands of the Massagetae and killed the son of their queen, Tomyris. She trashed him in battle and dunked his severed head in a cauldron of gore, having promised him that bloodthirsty as he was, she would give him his fill of blood.

"Hey, God, I saved your chosen people from extinction and this is how you treat me?"

Let's hope Judge Upadhyaya turns out to be the modern, legalistic equal of Tomyris.

"Dunked his severed head in a cauldron of gore." - I endorse this.

Is it even legal for someone with a name like Moxila Upadhyaya to be a judge?

I'm worried about the ones wearing police uniforms. I don't know how much to trust police. In my state's capitol, they tipped off Proud Boys about where and when raids would be.
