I’m a little confused about court proceedings. Can’t Trump just appeal any judges ruling on any case to the Supreme Court? We know they’ll be happy to hear it and we know they will schedule it for the very last day of their session in 2025. Then once the case starts up again, he could appeal the next ruling so it gets heard on the last day of the Supreme Court calendar in 2026, So couldn’t that just drag all of these cases on forever?

I'm reading article after article on how conservative not-for-profits are raising and paying for legal defenses of the most despicable people. Once upon a time, years ago, I entered the legal system over custody of my daughter and the bill nearly bankrupted me. Rule of Law republicans, my ass. Monarchists in waiting.
