There's a simple explanation for their "sneer(ing)", they are people of color and mostly females. These middle-aged/old white men are terrified of them as we saw during Ketanji Brown-Jackson's hearings. Terrified.

"I find it hard to believe that Republican judicial nominees can set aside their roles as advocates but Democrats cannot," Durbin said. Good point there Senator Durbin. But these ayyyewhole's are racist white men.

Trump's effective gaming of the legal system over the decades as a private citizen exposes how corruptible and unsound our entire US justice system is, just as his presidency showed how corruptible and ill-defined the powers of the Executive branch are when entrusted to a malignant narcissist.

Unfortunately with the appeals court for that district stacked with Trump appointees there is a chance they may uphold her ruling, making it a clear precedent in future cases. I think our pal Clarence is the Supreme Court justice overseeing that appeals court and may uphold it. Just another example of the long range planning by the Federalist Society to overthrow the government by stacking federal courts with party hacks.

Trump, like every other developer, had been hinkying forever. He assumed that thus it would always be.

Then he ran for President because he imagined that it would elevate his brand from gold-plate to solid platinum. Instead, it just made him interesting to prosecutors.

Pour one out for Irony, dead of all that heavy lifting...

Was thinking of a nice general Dem campaign ad. On the right, the list of Trumpworld Investigations so helpfully compiled by Hannity.... On the left, all the legislation and accomplishments to date of the Biden Administration.....
