They’d force a diverse class of proud military students to listen to Trump tell them “diversity is our greatest strength” is the “dumbest phrase in military history.” But they bemoan how Kermit the Frog giving a commencement address at Maryland is the demise of civilization. I can’t imagine how much better off we’d all be if Kermit the Frog was president.
The Republicans are doing a much more prominent job of bringing in the Young Guns. If Democrats are prepping the next generation, they're doing a much more subtle job of it.
OTOH, if Democrats are clinging to their jobs well into their 80s, their strategy is very apparent... "I got mine"
We have the same problem in my union. When I look around at the next generation of leaders that will be taking supervisory positions "because they're due", I see a bunch of meatheads, or no one at all.
These "ultra-macho" types are gross, and usually turn out to be the biggest chickeshits when things go sour. Even worse are the little pukes who follow them around like lost puppies Picture above is perfect example of both.
