The law cannot seem to locate Donald Trump and is delayed by the judicial branch each time he’s almost in sight. Garland has been an absolute disgrace all along. It took him two years after an actual insurrection to do ANYTHING, and even then, all he did was kick the can down the road to Jack Smith.Well, at least we don’t have to waste time arguing about Garland’s methods or motives anymore, right? Straight up: Fuck Merrick Garland.
“We need to make it much easier to fire rogue bureaucrats who are deliberately undermining democracy"Agreed."Congress should pass historic reforms empowering the president " Uhm, that is the opposite of what you just said, you should make that position weaker so it is easier to fire them.
These facsists man, they get so close to getting that power is bad but their solution is always to pick a strong man to give all the power hoping the strong man will solve the problem for them.
No need. If you have a job lined up, a valid USA passport, and a filled in form saying you're not a criminal you're good to go.https://ind.nl/en/residence...
When you get here we can have a beer or something.
One of my nightmares has been that someone would take him out before he was properly prosecuted and he would become a martyr. Then the right could name schools, airports, important buildings, or other property of the people after him as if they were part of his network of gaudy properties. Please, let him be famous for being the new Benedict Arnold instead.
Yeah, that can be a bit tough. I'm willing to give some tips about which fields are looking for workers here. What skills and diplomas do you have? There is always a need for healthcare workers of all types, licensed teachers, daycare personnel (though you almost always need to speak Dutch for that one), and software developers. The electrical infrastructure is getting upgraded, so all sorts of electricians and technical personnel should be able to find a job easily. In theory the housing crisis should lead to more construction jobs, but the bureaucratic mess (laws about what constitutes a house + municipal zoning decisions + nitrogen pollution restrictions + climate neutrality requirements form a bad combination.) that is preventing a lot of construction is still not cleaned up.
Edit to add:I found this article from 2019, so it is out of date but it should give you some idea. It is called something like "a hundred jobs with screaming personnel shortages":https://www.businessinsider...
Looking at more recent articles, the employee shortage has never been this extreme. If you have anything resembling a skill you should be able to find a job.

Right. The job thing is where I’m not having a ton of luck.
