I'm not convinced at this point that this is anything we should be worrying about.
We have much more important things that need to be done, and for a candidate to come out for legalisation in some swing districts might doom their chances of winning.It's likely that those candidates would pull in the pro-legalisation people anyway without having to mention it. I don't see many of them voting for Repubs as it is.

You’re right l, each person is an individual with a condition, but I was posting on a board, not writing a journal article. My original post said that the vast majority of persons with mental illnesses are not dangerous, however I can say from experience that the minority who are are extremely dangerous if not handled correctly
Actually...I was telling someone about it & had a hard time doing so because I was laughing. Honestly, this kid was going to be hard enough to protect. And now THIS nonsense? He didn't think this one thru. And all kidding aside, let's hope that they don't send him to Hazelton, where Whitey Bulger lasted less than 24 hrs...

I also have one friend whose procedure was not completely successful, her vision decreased. She warns people now, tells them not to have it done, says it ruined her life.
IMO, cataract surgery is nowhere near as important or potentially dangerous as untreated mental illness.
Its still all 'conservatives' or right wingers involved in being radicalized to the point of mass murder or race induced attacks.Blame their parents-likely also Trumpian deadbeats or a hard knock life, whatever, they aren't losing it and blowing up plastic factories or the NRA.
