Yeah, that document is rife with flaws and was only suitable for its primary purpose which was to get a bunch of near fiefdoms to agree to form a loose republic, but only as long as they got to keep almost total control over their domains.
We have the least responsive government because its basic premise was to not function effectively.
The January 6 committee was more of a PR operation than anything else. Kind of preparing the stage for what was going to be coming hopefully from Garland’s DOJ. Even if we were to lose both houses of Congress we still have Biden and the DOJ under his official control. We need to move this to the courts where Congress no longer has any say on how we proceed. Especially with the possibility of losing the house.
They need to remove this power defendant being able to delay Their day in court. Or extend it to people of color and the poor. I never knew anyone who was caught selling drugs who is able to keep kicking his case down the road simply by demanding it. That shits got to stop.
Yeah we’re still in the thick of it big time. I’m getting a sense of a shift of the public mood though…For the better. These things tend to create a momentum that has its own sustained power
I’m not worried. Trump has made a career of never paying what he owed whenever he could avoid it. The odds that he’s ever overpaid his taxes are about the same as him winning a bike race against Biden where the pedals and seat of Biden’s bike have been removed.
If we have to rely on the Effbeeeye and they come through for clean, sane gubmint, I will withdraw all the bad things I've said about them over the past 50 years.

I'm certain that is greatly under investigation.
Considering Bat Boy is one of the insiders he should know. From Floriduh even.

It’s something we always knew, but now we have absolute proof positive of it…nothing else explains this. It’s surreal

😂
I'm willing to risk that
Remember when Trump could still hire a layer of Sekulow’s caliber?

Pretty much equaled by Biden calling MAGA half-nazis. He hasn't gotten near the applause he deserves for that

Do it as soon as the paperwork is finished.
maybe the "win" is that eventually the Supreme Court agreed that no one is above the law
Well,so long as congress jumps through the appropriate hoops
Not sure if you noticed or not, but the courts are stacked with a whole bunch of flat out partisan Republicans. They aren't even hiding it
