Ha, I hadn't thought about that: $10 billion is DEFINITELY more than all of the federal income tax he's ever paid. I wrote a similar article about how he also previously claimed that the tax leaks were "fake news.” So, he either has to admit that the taxes are real and that he paid almost no income taxes and lied about it, or admit that he's suing over a leak that's not even factual (which ruins his legal standing).

Suing for $10 billion over taxes he never paid is the most billionaire thing he's ever done. They borrow against their wealth, never report income, owe nothing, and still find a way to make the IRS pay them. This man wants a refund on zero.

I wrote about it here: https://quibbly.fyi/p/billionaires-and-the-infinite-money

Interesting that he's suing in his capacity as a private citizen, but still referring to himself by title. One of the MANY glaring issues with this lawsuit.

Still waiting for the seizure of assets for non-payment of back taxes...I would love to see all his New York real estate forfeited and sold off. Think of the improvements someone with actual taste could do to that gaudy tower by knocking it down.

Donald is the idol of sovereign citizens everywhere. YouTube court cases should be painfully comic this year.

Absurd. Courts need to adopt a new “Trump Rule” regarding the filing of civil suits. “To prevent frivolous litigation that seeks unreasonable or unrealistic damages (like $10 billion dollars), any plaintiff found to have filed a claim in bad faith or to have sought damages in an unreasonable amount shall be required to pay the defendant an equal amount as a sanction for abuse of civil process.”

If Trump wants $10 billion dollars, let him risk $10 billion dollars.

Stop allowing this charlatan to use greedy, hack lawyers to use the courts as an arm of his criminal enterprise. Sickening. Mother Nature, where are you?

Why do the nations conspire and the peoples plot in vain?

The kings of the earth rise up and the rulers band together against the Lord and against his anointed, saying, “Let us break their chains and throw off their shackles.”

The One enthroned in heaven laughs; the Lord scoffs at them. He rebukes them in his anger and terrifies them in his wrath.

You'd think the evangelicals would recognize that one. Maybe it's not in their version.

The judge should appoint counsel for the government. The conflict is inescapable.

For the past 50 years the ultra rich have paid very little in taxes and most big corporations have paid nothing. As a result the working and middle classes and small businesses have paid disproportionately to support a massive military and social programs. Still the debt ballooned to $38 trillion because the government borrowed to pay for the wars in Asia and for other expenses. In short the rich have imposed an enormous debt burden on us and our children. Thanks to Trump and his ilk, this monstrous theft continues unabated.
