Littlejohn's role in the leaking was uncovered because investigators were able to trace the access back to him. He should have consulted with an IT security expert and been more careful. Perhaps he did, and the expert gave him poor advice. Or maybe he Googled how to do it, and got poor advice? He should never have confessed, he should have said that someone else must have stolen his credentials. Considering how many people I know who write their passwords on a sticky note and then stick it to their monitor or put it in a drawer, INCLUDING SOME IT ADMINS, this would be believable.

OK... It'll go to trial and he'll lose his 749th case since forever. The judiciary is not the executive and the executive team he'd have as plaintiff couldn't win this case if their lives depended on it.
