Memo to the City of New York - If Trump's initial claim is for $30MM in capital improvements and "grow-in costs" (I had to look that one up!) the odds are excellent the real number is around $10MM - if that. The capital improvement costs are undoubtedly inflated (that's always been his MO), and they have probably aged due to normal wear and tear if nothing else. I would audit the hell out of any list of expenses he presents.
