MsW has veeeery nice LEEEGALZ, go read it.

The only part I dislike ... is that sentence she used further up, about DOJ acting now, or maybe waiting for that court ruling that will come God knows.

Strippers and paid exports would be my guess. Probably a good place to make some cash/Venmo

I think there have been other moments in US history where the SCOTUS was completely disconnected from the will of the people. In the end, the people prevailed, and Congress did its job.

The only question is whether that second part can still happen in todays setup, where a big majority of people might still be under the control of a small loud ugly minority.

No Spencer is rep'ing himself because everyone has been mean to him and now he's broke. (wahhhh wahhhh wahhh). Should be more of this until this finishes.

There has never been a SCOTUS where the majority of Justices were appointed by Presidents the people never wanted to put in the White House in the first place, nor has ever been a SCOTUS which has so thoroughly ceased to act as a judicial body at all.

I would hope that would be slam dunk. Unfortunately it isn't.

The Archives is governed by a statute which sets a timeframe for them to release, precisely to allow court challenges.

Statute Schmatute, Trump proved the President can do whatever he has the balls to do. Power is not constrained by law, it is constrained by will. Law is for suckers and losers. Biden could declassify these documents on Twitter were he so inclined...

By this time the vote had been scheduled for Nixon's impeachment. Ten months might be a short time when you have a DA's office with a full docket of cases they need to work on, but this commission has ONE case, a larger staff, and know exactly what documents they want. This amount of delay is uncalled for.

That would include the pickup truck driver in front of me in traffic today with the "Florida Loves DeSantis" sticker who could never quite decide which of two lanes and the berm he was driving in. Were my knuckles clenched for miles? You betcha!

Once all the information is set free, it will turn out that 90% of Trump's calls were to GrubHub or 1-800 BARELY18.
