But while it's quite possible Trump himself couldn't put together a plan, there were plenty of people around him who could. Jarrad's $2 billion windfall comes to mind.

That tweet I posted yesterday about the suit (the one where the filing is (probably) screwed up and lists it as pro se) said that parts of the suit sounded like it was written by Drumpf himself, just without the usual randomly capitalized words.
