Ladies and gentlemen, The Most Corrupt Administration In The History Of Our Country.
The damage these people are doing, I will not live to see repaired. It’s funny. I have begun to wonder, “What comes next?” Not what fuckery do they have up their sleeve will be revealed by the next awful news cycle. What comes next for the American Experiment now that the rule of law has been woodchippered into a quicklime pit. It is clear that our current structure just isn’t up to the task of defending against a concerted onslaught by a small group of powerful people, acting in bad faith, willing to completely disregard everything but their ambitions and greed. Either the structure will fall to them, or it will be changed to account for them. I am not sanguine as to which it will be. Either way, this is going to suck.
People need to be held seriously accountable. The first part of the structure that needs to change is limiting the power of pardon. Pardoning your own flunkies needs to be made impossible. Sooner, it needs to be unambiguously understood to be the very definition of a “high crime,” which it is, and that high crimes will be punished, which is not so clear. The rest can evolve from that. The idea that if you’re committing crimes for the President, you get a GOoJF card needs to be buried for good.
Oh, and have I said “fuck these people” yet today?
Just remember, it wasn't that long ago that Germany & Japan looked like irrepressible monsters and China was hopelessly poor and technologically backwards. So things can change radically in a relatively short period of time. Let's hope Trump is our nadir!
Cold comfort, but yeah. As I said, I probably won't live to see it. I'll be lucky if there's another 25 years in me. We're still suffering from the remains of the Nixon administration, and the damage Reagan did is still fresh and bleeding freely.Good luck, Millennials. You're going to need it.

Based on recent changes to the Wonkette headline style guide, shouldn't it be "B*tch"?
what comes next? read the comic Lazarus.
