Most likely. Plus according to reports he suffers from insomnia and sleeps maybe 4 hours a night. This does not bode well for a 70 years of man who is clearly in the state of mental decline not does it bode well for the country. I fully believe his daughter is there to run interference and monitor his activities while others are around him. His people have know about his mental decline for years which is why they help create all the distracting tweets and stupid comments that the msm sucks up.
