So the Trump crime family "owns" Palm Beach and Palm Beach County, too? If they do not, the County government should say no. Perhaps the federal government will seize his assets as part of future verdicts and decisions against Trump and his minions and companies.

El Generico II's avatar

We would have a budget surplus if Congress just allowed people to pay to take swings at anything Trump "built."

There would be bake sales and shit to send people to DC to take out some windows. It'd be glorious.

Travel from Canada would triple overnight.

Comparing his shitty gold spray painted golf club to Windsor Castle or Elysee Palace is insulting to Windsor Castle and Elysee Palace. There isn't a damn thing one can do to make anything he has built into a palace. Bulldoze the fucking thing when he's dead. and bury him there under it all.

House0fTheBlueLights's avatar

...the next president should bulldoze that motherfucker too or turn it into..

...affordable housing for immigrants

Fifth Dentist's avatar

*Illegal* immigrants who eat cats and dogs.

Governor LePetomane's avatar

Different suggestion: If Trump “gives” a piece of his West Palm Beach club to the government, the next president should bulldoze that motherfucker too or turn it into a gay club/abortion clinic/windmill shark sanctuary.

You would have to put Obama’s name on it *somewhere* to further piss him off

Tish Grier's avatar

Call it the Obama Memorial Fancy-Ass Gay Club and Daytime Legal Women's Health Clinic, right next to the Obama Memorial Oceanographic Windmill and Shark Sanctuary. Because if he can put up monuments to himself while he's alive, we can do that for Obama too.

Monsieur Grumpe's avatar

Well, maybe we should keep some of the shit he's built. We can smash it up, put it in a pile and then call it call a universal urinal.

Ambiance Chaser's avatar

Perhaps Albania would be open to a president swap . . .

Our_Man_In_Redneckistan's avatar

Or we could trade him for some magic beans.

Hell, I would *pay* some other country to take him. Maybe there is some place in the Netherlands that he would fit in perfectly.

Tish Grier's avatar

the Netherlands? nah, too many gay people there. Although some nice gay Dutch neighbors might teach him a bit about interior decorating.

Fifth Dentist's avatar

Maybe an Italian gas station?

gallbladder's avatar

They already have one.

How about Somalia?

Tish Grier's avatar

I hear the weather's lovely and no trees to interfere with golf courses.

***Oyer asked the county, which owns the property the course is on, to provide a piece of the land to the federal government.***

Oh, of course -- Assmouth is giving away land that isn't his to be his own memorial. Because he's a cheap chiseling bastard right down to the bone. Maybe the next president should take him up on the offer, then bulldoze the entire golf ("It's mine, I'll do whatever I want with it") and then continue on to bulldoze Mar-a-Lago too ("Whoops -- got a little ahead of ourselves. Don't worry -- what's going on its place will be so much better, you won't even miss the old one!") and then just leave a big hole there.

Snarfyguy's avatar

"and then just leave a big hole there."

It would be a fitting tribute.

gallbladder's avatar

He's already doing that with trade, America's standing, the law. Most everything, really.

Part of the reason Camp David is useful to POTUS is because it's near the White House; it's about a half-hour via Marine One, which is pretty much door-to-door. Close enough to head there for a relaxing weekend or an international summit.

Compare that to 2.5 to 3 hours in Air Force One from DC to West Palm Beach. Plus however long the motorcade would take on either end.

Oh, and Camp David is pretty out-of-the-way, so it's secure. This nonsense is not that.

Fifth Dentist's avatar

All he'll be doing is shit-posting and canoodling Natalie the entire time he's in the Beast and on the plane, same as he'd be doing if he were at Camp David. So it's really no skin off his ass.

OT - anybody seen the clips floating around of No Tab Pete humiliating himself working out with the troops again? Watching the women soldiers outperform him is delightful.

A statue now in the European Parliament building shows a Jabba-the-Hut-like PAB on display holding a giant golf club. Oh, and he nekkid! Yikes!

It is coated with 23-karat gold, so surely Dear Leader will be thrilled.

DOOCY: Is the plague in Russia a bioweapon?

TRUMP: We don't think so. If you listen to them, it's under control

DOOCY: We've heard this before during your first term. Are you getting the same vibe?

TRUMP: They do say they have it very much under control

Twenty-two US intelligence agencies say Russia interfered with the election but Putin says that it didn't.

Who ya gonna believe?

Aquaman, Real Estate Investor.'s avatar

The US Senate Intelligence committee, chaired by the now Sec of State Marco Rubio, thinks Russia interfered with the election. They issued a report and everything.

Bobathonic's avatar

It likely is under control. We still get cases here in the US and A, it's not like in the Dark Ages.

Oh, there will be some people willing to spend good money on worthless junk. To display next to their Bibles and watches and sneakers and meme coins and, probably coming soon, commemorative "gold" plates.

P.T. Barnum may not have said the thing they say he said, but it's still true.

PrimerGray's avatar

Some of that is due to his building methods and corner cutting.

Fifth Dentist's avatar

Tenants on the 30th floor don't need fire sprinklers. Shit, they're probably dead if the building catch on fire anyway.

They're lucky it isn't a building with a conveyor belt and rotating knives.
