I'm from Kentucky, but heard relatives in South East Ohio use it. Maybe it's an Appalachian saying? Because my Mom and Aunt used a lot of Appalachian slang when they'd talk together, and to us. There's a book out there called the "Dictionary of Appalachian and Southern Slang," or something like that, and when I got it from the library, I immediately recognized some of the words I'd heard as a child.
I've never been teased playfully before, especially involving cartoons. Usually it involved hurtful topics, like my shortness and "girl-stache" which I learned about a few years ago as a new moniker. It's nice to have some lighthearted teasing ;D
This past week, a El Paso mass shooting witness scheduled to give testimony in the murderer's upcoming trial was deported--she was stopped for having a burned out light on her car. They also deported a group of Haitians to Mexico, not Haiti. What they do to deport people is take them to the top of one of the international bridges and watch them walk into Juarez, Mexico. This seems to be part of the CBP/ICE playbook, in defiance of their new orders. Firings for insubordination need to take place.
