I checked out "Reality Tunnel" and noticed that Timothy Leary first espoused that concept.

I did LSD once in the 70s and I've told stories about that night for years because it was a trip indeed.

A few years ago I ran across a scientific article where they believed that LSD turned off many of the brains filters and much of an LSD experience was experiencing more of reality.

We know that the conscious and subconscious filter out a lot of sights, sounds and other information because in many cases we don't need everything going on around us.

Leary and Wilson were good friends. I may have known that TL coined the phrase; it's been a little while since I was actively into *waves hand* all that. Of course both of them moving to the next dimension has something to do with that as well.

I do agree that LSD more fully opens the doors of perception. And that's maybe all I'll say about that on a public forum.

Mom and Dad go for Sunday drives just to get out of the house. They live out in the country. He reported nothing but Trump signs everywhere.

I remarked that, in the city where I live, it was nothing but Biden signs. Nary a Trump in sight.

Get Shorty is that exemplar of how the same cast can take a similar plot and make a really funny movie and then make a total stinker as a sequel. Dog, that second one was unwatchable and uninvolving.

"free market cartelism".... a gem in a septic tank.

Free market cartelism is pretty much what we have after years of pretending monopolists must be our friends if they're wearing polo shirts.

Not sure why anyone who is not Bezos or Travis Kalanick should be happy about this but I guess Normal likes thinking he's one of them.

Totally true. I have pink hair and many many older white people assume I am not well educated and obviously a member of Anti-fa. When i left my hair its natural color of mouse brown i was treated with respect and interest. When i highlighted I was apparently a vacuous blonde. When i had blonde on top and purple underneath the responses would be interesting.
