There are 58 counties with campuses, some with multiple locations, and hundreds of thousands enroll every semester for at least one course. They have many evening classes and on line courses.

Trainor along with his buddy Joe Nixon regularly tell the TEC that they have absolutely no purpose and therefore should amend their rules so that the statutes they're supposed to enforce are unenforceable. the circular arguments are baffling in their transparency. and it would be like installing the lawyers for the Koch Brothers to the FEC--except for how it would be Mucus' lawyers and he's appointed himself the potty police.
please call your senators. I don't care who they are. we can't have someone on the FEC that thinks campaign regulations are pointless and Congress should be left alone to regulate itself.
