everyone because land lines are a dying phenomenon and calling cell phones is legally dubious at the moment. if you want to have some semblance of accurate data, you have to include online data. but they have to figure out how to separate the IP address from the individual. they also need to figure out how to make sure that a good sample of all audiences are seeing the polls.
