The decision by US District Court Judge Timothy Kelly will allow the Trump administration to get to the important work of dismantling the agency from the inside and letting banks and payday lenders screw consumers however they want.

Hillary tried that last year. A huge portion of the Left -- including 12% of Bernie supporters -- decided they would rather have Trump. The Democrats tried to rally the people; the people proved to be dumbfucks.
Beyond a certain point, and we passed that point long ago, the Left is the root of its own problems. The Left is so terrified of being called "sheeple" that they would rather tear down Democrats than fight Republicans on Election Day.
You are saying that the Left cannot be expected to vote to keep a guy like Trump out of office, unless the Democrats really pull out the stops and court the HELL out of them.
