While I'm not 70, I do try to learn one new thing every day and then I feel I can go back to bed so I try to learn this thing by 11am. :)

A participant in the text exchange provided screenshots to the FBI, who tracked Meredith to a Holiday Inn a short walk from the Capitol. They found a compact Tavor X95 assault rifle, a 9mm Glock 19 handgun and about 100 rounds of ammunition, according to court filings. The agents also seized a stash of THC edibles and a vial of injectable testosterone.

That's gonna be one hell of a chat, Tucker. Maybe they can chat with you next ?

I thought I'd seen everything but memory holing the insurrection - what with all of the video footage from the insurrectionists themselves as well as media - that will likely work with 10's millions of Republicans, really has to take the cake. I know reality was hanging by a thread for these people, but damn, memory holing this will cut it. How have their brains simple not broken?

"Tucker Carlson was even more Tucker Carlson than usual last night, and he'll be on Telescreen again tonight, possibly to tell us why the most virile men must 'date' 17-year-olds because some of the Founders certainly did, the end."

Now, see, I've been telling my wife this for years with no discernable progress. Maybe she'll listen to Tucker. . . .

We knew republicans were trying to memory hole the Inbred Insurrection. They tried claiming it was Antifa, but all the Biff flags and MAGAt hats made that hard to swallow. So now they're only card to play is to downplay the significance of it. And besides Portland was burned to the ground every night last summer!!

I used to think Lumpy was the most shameless propagandist on Fox, but Fucker has really stepped up his game ever since his lawyers argued in court that no rational person should take anything he says truthfully.

My God! One public event a day. It's like his time is taken up with briefings and stuff.

And to think that in 1995, the FCC had the opportunity to outlaw Murdoch's ownership of News Corp. on the basis that he was a foriegn national, but determined that Murdoch's continued ownership was in the best interests of the public. How's that judgement holding up today, assholes? Even back in 1995, it was not unforeseeable that Fox would eventually slide all the way over to full-blown Fascist propoganda bent on the violent overthrow of the U.S. government. Good job upholding your oaths, guys.

Biff spent 2/3s of each day in unstructured "executive time," which by all accounts, consisted mostly of watching TV and tweeting. As always, the right has to turn everything around and say, "no, you are!" Dubya got criticized for "watch this drive" so they relentlessly hammered Obama for golfing. Now they're attacking Biden for no having enough visible events.

Maybe they'll be happy if the White House brings in some big ole' trucks so Biden can honk the horn.

Saint Reagan fast tracked Murdoch's citizenship in the 1980s so that the FCC couldn't nix his plans for a media empire and the destruction of democracy.
