Dana Milbank wants to know why Barack Obama keeps going on vacation even though Dana Milbank assures you that even busy presidents should get vacations and they can keep on presidenting even while they are on vacation but still why is Barack Obama on vacation? Jeb Lund, also known as that dick Mobute, wants you to know that Hillary Clinton can suck a cock. One of these pundits is correct.
It means that he'd get blown out in a general election. The GOP shit machine would crank up the "socialism" to eleven and the Democratic party wouldn't give 100% support to an independent (they might even run their own candidate). Mainstream Dems would throw him under the bus once the mudslinging started and it would be a blood bath before it was over.
In other words, we should have pissed off the Iraqi government, reneged on all of our agreements, and bascially turned our "friendly assistance" into an actual occupation in name and deed (since the main sticking point of a SOFA with Iraq was President Bush demanding immunity for American soldiers and contractors from Iraqi courts).
Unless we're planning to annex half the Middle East, that's not really a viable play.
That's the one that always comes up in my mind when I hear people criticizing President Obama for vacationing. The only reason they didn't criticize Bush was that they knew while he was cutting brush he couldn't be fucking up the country. And white, also too.
As someone pointed out in the comments about Robin Williams, it is possible for fully-evolved humans (i.e., non-R) to hold two ideas in their heads at the same time. President Obama, who is always playing 11-dimension chess, can clearly work and play at the same time. If you need proof, just remember him taking Donald Trump to the schoolyard the night the Seals were killing bin Laden.
The whole Iraqi clusterfuck could have been avoided iffen we had left Saddam alone,Boy George in is unending "see daddy my dick is bigger than yours" venture pretty much buttseched that all to hell and back to Iraq again
Warren would get crushed if she ran in the general. I do like her message on wall street issues, but she is seriously a one trick pony in that regard and not qualified to be POTUS (at least not yet). Everybody swoons over her populist economic message (rightly so, IMHO) but what the hell does she know about foreign policy or any of the other myriad areas necessary to be a successful POTUS? There's so much more to being POTUS than simply a winning message on financial issues- the GOP would savage her on foreign policy etc. She has far less experience than Obama did at this point and they would tear her apart over that lack of experience. Give her another 4-8 years in the Senate and it might be a different story, but running her right now would be throwing her to the wolves and it will mean permanent damage to her political prospects- and at this point we can't afford to lose her in the Senate, especially for a quixotic presidential run.
No kidding- nothing like giving them a common enemy to rally around
half an hour after arriving at his vacation home, he was already on his way to a golf course. He played again Sunday
For the life of me I can't think of any other modern preznit who was callous and callow enough to go out and play golf.
Fuck Hillary Clinton with an MIM-104 Patriot missile.
because he's unelectable?

Obama should start clearing brush on Martha's Vineyard to shut these asslicks up.

I wish Dana would go swim a few laps in the infinity pool.
"Such visuals probably won’t enhance Obama’s standing. "
"But if they won't, I'll help do my part."
