Okay folks, Hillary was talking during that speech about a certain bill being proposed that the Congressional Black Caucus was fully behind. Context is everything. It's discouraging to see people on the left picking up GOP b.s. about anyone. Hillary Clinton was fully backed in her remarks by the CBC at the time. There's a lot of slinging going on with zero understanding of any back ground or context.
