So you think people should advocate for, ""an economy that grows incomes for working people, creates good-paying jobs, and puts a middle-class life within reach for more Americans"

And please look at this:"But too many Americans have been left out and left behind. They are working longer hours with less security. Wages have barely budged and the racial wealth gap remains wide, while the cost of everything from childcare to a college education has continued to rise. And for too many families, the dream of homeownership is out of reach. As working people struggle, the top one percent accrues more wealth and more power. Republicans in Congress have chosen gridlock and dysfunction over trying to find solutions to the real challenges we face. It's no wonder that so many feel like the system is rigged against them."

And America elected Trump. It is just so damn sad what we all lost.

I must disagree, based on at all the damage Dulles did in installing a world of corrupt dictators to prevent lefty liberal types.

I supported Biden since before he even declared. Spent way more than I could afford sending $$$ after he lost in Iowa. Why? Because I knew that he was the right person for this moment in history and the only one capable of beating Trump, given all the crap the GOP pulls. I was ridiculed by so many of my leftie friends and here on Wonkette, so I'm just gonna savor all of these "I told you so!" moments every time Dark Brandon delivers and pisses the Rethuglicans even more.

Well he picked my first choice for a running mate so I could neener neener except that I like and appreciate my fellow lefties so I try to not be an ass about things.

The SECOND I opened this picture, my husband (who has been a semi-professional musician since high school) burst out laughing and said, "That guitar is an IMPORT! It's an Epiphone! They're from CHEE-IIIIY-NAH!"

Not only do I hate it -- I've caught on-air correspondents doing it too

I just told someone yesterday about seething at the screen when the bubbleheaded little idiot Andrea Mitchell put on the air as the correspondent on the ground immediately began to "both sides" Jim Jordan bumping around Manhattan when the crime rates in NYC have gone down and the central city in his district has one of the highest crime rates in his own state

😣😠😡

Trump has never been on a motorcycle and probably doesn't know which side of a guitar to play.

This is the actual headline:

Millions of Americans could face massive consequences unless McCarthy can navigate out of a debt trap he set for Biden

Once I lamented online that every poltician in both parties loves to talk about "saving the middle class" but no one--not even the Dems--talk about helping the lower class. A helpful self-described Democrat offered this thoughtful explanation:"Because the poor don't vote!"

I attempted to explain that MAAAAAAYBE the lower classes would be far likely to get out and vote if SOME political party actually went to bat for them and proposed policies that will help them, but by that time I was being called a "Bernie Bro" who was at fault for Trump's 2016 win and I figured that there was no point in arguing.

I suppose this is one of the liberals who loves to wear anti-homeless ribbons, but will oppose low-income housing to built anywhere near their high-priced San Francisco town houses.
