Here's another to add to "8 can wait" list: 9. don't have special units within the force called "Scorpion Squad". Hopefully their final sting was this awesome take down of a dangerous "reckless driver", now dead.

Didn't this kind of rogue cop group bit go out with the "Hat Squad" of the 1940's L.A.P.D.?
