Yes, that's got me wondering too. Here in the Granite State you have rock, rock, and more rock. You want a basement? Bring on the dynamite. How difficult can it be to dig in the Great Plains?

Hate to go against the grain, but last I checked, Montana forests weren't exactly "dying".

Yes, we have had some big fire years, and the Pine Beetle continues to be a problem, but by and large, our immense forest lands are not "dying".

And probably stupid. I'd guess that kids are in greater danger from guns for each hour they spend at home compared to school.
