I don't use AI formally but I see enough search engine results and Substack writers and non-commenters using it (and trying to pass it off as their own writing most of the time, lol) that I think I know it when I see it. Given the particular flavor of hate maybe this was something like Grok, which makes "her" claims not only specious but essentially plagiarized from a word-prediction algorithm. I guess people who fall back on hate AI have better things to do than actually think through whatever bullshit position they're positing.

It's a pretty safe bet that any random American "conservative" (read fascist) supports violence in furtherance of their aims. And you know what projectionists they are. So it shouldn't be a surprise that they would assume any random Muslim would support Hamas, any more than it should be a surprise that they would assume that any random Democrat would support "antifa" violence. I get that. But there is absolutely no need for any journalist to buy into that - or to let it slide without pointing out that such assumptions are highly unlikely to be real.
