<i>"...[rejected bill to] knowingly authorize a child age 4 or younger to use a firearm...</i>

Freedom wins! Kids in Virginia can still make a boom-boom.

You're at the playground when a three-year-old shows up with a gun. Do you... a) calmly ask him or her to put it down b) leave c) shoot first

So Dick Black, who clearly has not read the bill, is against it just because it has the words "gun" and "control" attached to it. If this is the caliber of legimislating that is going on in ol' Virginny, then we are well and truly boned ladies and gentlemen.

What about when they have those cat spaz moments? Instead of running around the house randomly, they'll whip out their kitty guns and blasts holes in the anything that startles them. I can picture my poor refrigerator looking like an humvee in Iraq.

I would think the police would be behind a bill to limit guns in the hands of domestic violence perpetrators. That is a nasty situation to handle, an stand off with an abused person and an armed abuser who has been arrested in the past and probably doesn't give a shit who else he takes with him.
