Starting with two moms and 2 chapters in Florida in January 2021 ... them's some grassroots alright.

IMHO all of them now should be state utilities anyway. They can't compete as a business or a commodity. No one is gonna buy 10 more phones if the price goes down to any level. The global trend is not to subsidize biggies with lower tax rates. Higher if anything. Sell VZ, AT&T, all of them while you can still make $.

I think McCain would have voted to repeal if he'd had a couple of weeks to consider it. My understanding was he'd just heard about the terminal state of his tumor, and was gobsmacked enough to do something helpful for the country.
