Since they have to stay inside during the winter anyway ... The traditionally godless heathen state of Vermont, home of your favorite socialist and your favorite ice cream, has decided to pick up California's handcrafted hippy-dippy anti-vax woo woo slack. Earlier this year, California Gov. Jerry "Is 'Moonbeam' Still Funny?" Brown
Antivaxxers have taken a Keierkegardian "leap of faith", so why shouldn't they shoulder the burden of the broader society's judgment?
Jail them. If faith is to have any meaning at all, it must arrive from individual agency at whatever personal cost. It is an act of submission by choice to believe in Jeebus or Allah or FSM. So it is pure n stooooopid belief to reject the fundamentals of public health.
They choose antivax, they make a religious choice that risks imprisonment. Why should society offer any other deal to those willful faith sheep who threaten AIDS n chemo patients?

I just hate it when people put their children's lives at risk because of their nutty beliefs. Take all the personal risk you want, but it's too bad natural selection didn't kick in before you spawned little creatures to inflict your bad judgment on.
As someone who has one of those names, I'm thankful that's over. I remember as a child you couldn't turn around with a stick without knocking out ten Justins and eight Jasons.
I'm in California and a couple of years ago, I checked the box for exemption because of my sincerely held beliefs. There wasn't a box for "I got my kid vaccinated and I can't find the form, and now I'm late for work", so I had no choice. I considered it an act of civic disobedience to check that box. I'm tired of people with idiotic but sincerely held beliefs getting a pass. What about the rest of us who have insincerely held beliefs who just don't want to do something. They should consider it an act of protest against the privilege offered to religious beliefs and check that "religion" box. Let the Supreme Court untangle whose religious beliefs are valid and whose aren't.

SS,SS and KSBD are my art-intense jam.
I think they and their Seriously Held Beliefs dovetail nicely with the topic at hand. ;-)
What did the caribou ever do to you? Why would you inflict morans on them like that?
I suspect it borrows from the term used for the online scum known as "doxxers".
"KSBD? ..."Kill Six Billion Demons?" That sounds like a goofy Tumblr or HOLY SHIT THIS IS AWESOME"
