I was pretty intense with someone when I was in my late twenties. She had an uncle, go! go! go! this guy. Talked until his neck swelled and his face turned purple. Never exercised. Didn't drink much or smoke either for that matter. But fuck he ate like shit. I was so jealous...So he was overweight. He thought golfing four days a week would be enough exercise for him. He carted. I was convinced he would be one of those fuckers who would hang on forever, defy the odds, spit in the faces of those around him as he finally rid us of his presence at 99 years old. That bugged the fuck out of me. He bugged the fuck out of me.
He died two years later, just after the woman and I parted company. Aged 73.
