I think a Biden election will be a boon for defense attorneys defending dozens, if not hundreds of Trump administration officials. The problem is that many of the lower level staff will not have the hundreds of thousands of dollars needed to defend themselves of indefensible acts they actually witnessed. When offered probation instead of ten years, many will opt to testify openly and honestly. Add in the peons not actually involved in coverups, but with knowledge of them but afraid to talk earlier, will be coming out the woodwork when an honest Attorney General is in office.
