I live in a pretty heavily Latino city. You rarely see them panhandling...if there is work to be had-even if it means lining up at Home Depot for day labor, they'll do it.
Also too, it's not "McCain's seat", any more than it was "Kennedy's seat" that Kavanaugh stole, or "Scalia's seat" that McConnell stole for Gorsuch.
Those seats belong to the people of Arizona and the United States, respectively. McCain, Kennedy, Kavanaugh, Scalia and Gorsuch are just the current occupants.
