This may sound crazy, but hear me out.

This problem appears to be due to REALLY FUCKING BAD MANAGEMENT.

My grandfather worked for Proctor and Gamble from the time he was discharged in 1945 until his retirement about forty years later.

Maybe I'm stupid or naïve or old-fashioned, but I always thought that model was a good thing and what people wanted: You do a good job, you stay, the company does right by you and when you retire, you get a pension that carries over to your spouse when you die.

I mean, that's what people want, right? They want to contribute. They want to feel valued. They want a piece of the company's success. They want to be seen as human beings.

Jesus, you motherfucking ghouls. These are people, not numbers on a balance sheet! Fuck you.
