The recovery will really pick up steam here when the US becomes the cheap labor market for China and India. If the upcoming election turns the Senate R then this could come about really soon. It's a key part of their economic program.

In two years: Chinese and Indian companies break ground on new factories here. In four years: Vietnam and Bangladesh follow suit.
