"Bash: Do you support him using the Justice Department to go after the people who disagree with him?
JORDAN: He didn't do it his first term. What I support is stopping..."
The Fulvous Flatulence took a solemn vow to be the vengeance for all MAGAdroids who feel they were done dirty by those uninterested in being a Right wingnut. We're all used to the Amber Ardipithecus ramidus not filling his end of a deal after he gets what he wants, but, IMO, this won't be one of those times -- probably because he is salivating at carrying out his wet dreams of being his G-s's dark angel punishing the unbelievers.
As for not doing this during his first (and what should have been only) term, that's likely because there were still a few adults in the room and he didn't have SCOTUS to run interference. The upcoming term will not have those guardrails in place; there will be no adults in the second administration and SCOTUS has been neutered and turned into the Sociopathic Marigold Swamp Monster's lapdog.

"whatever Jordan said to the Ohio State wrestlers who were sexually abused by the team doctor on his watch"
Which was probably that they should man up, grow a pair, and deal with the abuses as part of their becoming adults. Jordan, when given an opportunity to side with either the person on the street (or his athletes) or with someone with power has always backed power.

"Donald Trump baselessly accused Democrats of cheating"
C'mon man, the Dems *did* cheat. My evidence? (1) the Mango Malignancy didn't carry all 50 states, so obviously there must have been some election interference; Dem fraud just wasn't as effective as it was in 2020. (2) Kari Lake has once again been denied her rightful place in politics.

"BASH: Right. Those are policies...
JORDAN: That's what this election was about."
Sorry, but no. This election centered almost entirely on feelings and vibes, not policies, within both major parties -- the Rs just more so than the Ds. How could it be based on policies when the Desert Sand Demi-Demon never stated any firm policies other than closing the border, rounding up and deporting illegal immigrants (and if some Green Card holders or naturalized citizens get caught up in the roundup, well... sometimes you have to throw out the baby with the bathwater) and "drill, baby, drill."

"BASH: And why was it different from 2020, when he lost? Is that the only difference?
JORDAN: No, there were concerns about 2020 with all the mail-in voting that happened. […] So, there were all kinds of concerns with how the 2020 election was carried out."
Right Jim, mail-in votes (and early in person voting) in 2020 was questionable when ~46% voted early or by mail:
"The percentage of voters casting ballots by mail grew to 46 percent [in 2020]
About 88.1 million mail-in and early in-person votes were cast nationally this year, ~60%, but fraud was more prevalent when less than half of the votes were cast? (The MIT election lab hit the number almost exactly.)

It isn't just Jordan functioning under the Dunning-Kruger Effect, this is a disease suffered by a large majority of our elected RINOs. The Pumpkin Pestilence, that internationally famous and world renowned polymath, is probably the most glaring example.
I’m not gonna watch Dean-o, but uh, he was right. He gave up a seat he could have had for the rest of his life (or maybe a Sen or Gov run) and he took on the sitting President because his only complaint was that he was too old for this particular job. And look what happened. I love Joe, but I still hold some anger over his hubris, and those close to him shielding his infirmities from us. Until it exploded at that debate.
Stop watching the Sunday shows, the only reason they have an audience at all, is because politically obsessed liberals rage watch the lying shitbag Republicans who are always invited on.
I never watch the Sunday shows. The right-wingers just fan out and spread lies as far and wide as they can, and it apparently sets the tone for much of our political discourse. The other thing is right-wing radio. Every time I catch a snippet of that offal coming from some guy's truck, it sounds like the worst kind of ear-poison. A lot of Americans listen to it ALL DAY. Hard to compete with that.
I used to listen to bits of RW radio when doing errands and chores, just to see what they were focused on, a know your enemy sort of thing, but I stopped a while back. They just got mind numbingly repetitive, and the hosts more whiny and screechy, or stupidly pompous. Rush Limbaugh was a bilious asshole, but at least came from a background where radio hosts tried to entertain their audience, the current crop didn’t start out in radio, and do nothing but press the anger buttons of an audience addicted to it.
I'm sorry you have to watch the Sunday shows, with the perennial PAB lickers like Lindsey Graham, Chris Sununu and the like spewing their endless garbage. No doubt it is going to get worse before (said optimistically) it gets better.
The broken machines were CAUGHT by a GOP observer, reported, and any ballots that went through those machines earlier were re-ran and corrected. Seriously, people are starting to sound like the right in 2020.

You can’t use the same machines once they’ve been tampered with.
Weird how all that voter fraud talk just went away when Dump won! I guess there were no "mail in ballots" this time around, other than the one my REPUBLICAN mother sent in.
"Greatest" always "Greatest" with these clowns. Can hardly wait for the collapse. It'll be the "Greatest".
Ta, MM. Still processing, and avoiding all news I can't get on Wonkette.
Ditto, just stepping my toes back into it- here, only here.
I just hope reality doesn’t suck as much as Rise of Skywalker did.

Why does anyone care what Dean thinks?

If nobody has picked up the Frank Luntz line of the week it’s
“Greatest political comeback in history”
Seriously, do we have to keep selling at this point?
Richard Nixon and Grover Cleveland disagree.
Frank Luntz does, apparently.
Dropped Out Dean reappeared? Good. Grief.
Gym Jordan is a malignant tumor on the American polity. What's left of it, anyway.
Aaarrrggghhh. Having to listen to/see that shirtsleeved goon is going to be impossible.
That's Jim Jordan's great consistency. He never helps. Proudly not helping for ... however many years he's been in office.
He was a big help at Ohio State also, too.

I stopped watching them a long time ago.
Yeah, I took a hard pass last Sunday, not going to be in the mood for awhile I'm sure.
"Meet the republicans" is going to be rage inducing for the next 4 years with Kristen Welker letting a bunch of assholes talk over her.

Yeah, I’m not going down that rabbit hole unless there’s rock solid evidence.

sadly the voter fraud is coming from the left now.
Huh. Bat Boy thinks he's going to get Mitch McConnell's gig in the Senate.
Huh? Does he think anyone actually likes him?
